Privacy policy

1. Data we process

• Account data: email address, name and company (if provided), password hash, two-factor authentication settings.
• Session data: IP address, browser details (User-Agent), sign-in and last activity time.
• Licenses and orders: plan, period, price, payment status. Keys are stored only as hashes.
• Installation data: panel domain, installation ID, version, number of nodes and game servers, time of the last license check.
• Support tickets and service requests: subject, message text and attached files.
• Dashboard notifications about events in your account.
• Web server logs: IP address, requested URL and time — for abuse protection and troubleshooting.

2. What we do not collect

• The panel does not send us data about your customers, their players, game server contents, logs or files.
• We collect no panel usage telemetry. A license check sends only the details listed under "Installation data" above, plus the key itself.
• The website has no advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
• We do not store payment card details.

3. Why we use data

• Sign-up, sign-in and account security — to perform the license agreement.
• Issuing and renewing licenses, tracking installations and plan limits — to perform the agreement.
• Processing orders and recording payments — to perform the agreement and meet accounting obligations.
• Answering support tickets and delivering ordered services — to perform the agreement.
• Protecting the service from attacks and abuse, diagnosing errors — our legitimate interest.

We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions based on it that have legal effects on you.

4. Cookies and local storage

The website uses only what it needs to work:

• a portal session cookie (HttpOnly) — to keep you signed in;
• browser local storage — the sign-in token, your language and theme.

No third-party cookies, advertising or analytics cookies are used. Signing out or clearing the site’s data in your browser removes them.

5. Who we share data with

We do not share personal data with third parties, except:

• infrastructure providers (server hosting and backup storage) that process data on our behalf and are bound to keep it confidential;
• a payment provider, when you pay through one — to the extent needed to process the payment;
• when disclosure is required by law or a lawful request from authorities.

6. Retention

• Account, license and installation data — while the account exists.
• Session data — until you sign out or the session expires.
• Support tickets — while the account exists; files uploaded but never sent in a ticket are deleted automatically.
• Notifications — the latest 100 per account; older ones are deleted.
• Order and payment records — for the period required by accounting law, even after the account is deleted.

7. Security

Connections to the website and portal are protected with HTTPS. Passwords and license keys are stored only as hashes, and license files are cryptographically signed. Only staff who need data for their work can access it. You can further protect your account with two-factor authentication.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

• learn what data about you we process and get a copy of it;
• correct inaccurate data — most of it can be changed in your dashboard settings;
• request deletion of your account and data, except data we must keep by law;
• object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on it.

To exercise your rights, write to support@gamenodex.com from the address on your account or open a support ticket. We respond within 30 days.

9. Age

The portal is intended for hosting operators and is not meant for people under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes to this policy

We publish new versions of this policy on this page with their effective date. We also announce material changes in the dashboard.
